Scheduling and priority
Set a publish window, and decide which campaign wins when several match the same page.
Publish window
The publish window sets when a campaign is allowed to appear. Open Targeting & Frequency and use the Publish window fields:

Enter times as HH:MM. Dates and times use the time zone of the computer you’re editing on. The end must be after the start, or Popwell won’t save the campaign.
The campaign must also be active. A paused campaign never shows, even inside its window. While the start date is still in the future, the Campaigns page shows a Scheduled badge next to the campaign.

One popup and one bar per page
Customers never see two popups or two bars stacked. On each page, Popwell shows at most one popup and one announcement bar. On the Free plan, it shows one campaign in total. See Plans and billing.
How the winner is chosen
When several active campaigns of the same type match a page:
- Popwell leaves out campaigns that don’t fit this visit: wrong page, wrong device, outside the publish window, already shown this session, or a bar the customer closed.
- Of the rest, a Preferred campaign beats a Standard one.
- With the same priority, the most recently saved campaign wins.
Only the winner waits for its trigger. The others don’t show on that page. When a Once per session popup has shown, the next one can win on the following page.
Set the priority
- In the editor, use Display priority: Preferred or Standard. New campaigns start as Standard.
- When active campaigns overlap, the Campaigns page shows a Who shows first? card. It lists the overlapping popups and bars in order, marks the winner with Shows first, and has a Priority menu next to each one so you can change the order there.
In the campaign list, the winner gets a Shows first badge and the others get Behind winner.
To show a different campaign on some pages, narrow the page targeting of each one instead of relying on priority. Campaigns that don’t share a page never compete.
