Privacy

This policy covers studio.aibasetech.com, the documentation and support site for the Metonia theme and the Popwell app, operated by AI BASE TECH LLC ("we", "us"). How the Popwell app handles store data is described in thePopwell privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and guides are useful. Its cookies are only set if you selectAccept in the cookie banner. With your consent, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you reached them, clicks on buttons such as Install and Preview, and general device, browser and approximate location information. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed, which cannot be linked to you across visits. Advertising storage and ad personalization stay off in both cases.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time withCookie settings, also in the footer of every page. Google's own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Support requests

When you use a support form, we receive your name, email address, store address, subject, message and any files you attach. We use them only to answer your request.

• Requests are delivered to our support inbox by email through Resend, and you receive an automatic confirmation.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot.
• Attached files are kept in private storage and reached only through signed links, which expire together with the files after 90 days.

Demo stores

The Preview buttons open our demo stores on Shopify. Those stores are run on Shopify's platform, which sets its own cookies under the Shopify Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
